Kathryn Hemphill – Attorney
I always knew that I wanted to practice law and had an interest at an early age. Before becoming an attorney, I worked as a paralegal in criminal defense for three years and that experience grew my passion to help people and ultimately go to law school.
I genuinely enjoy working with clients to help achieve their goals effectively and efficiently. Transactions can be rather complex, and I strive to assist my clients throughout the deal and provide them with a deeper understanding and meaning of the what’s and whys behind the deal.
I was born and raised in Rock Hill, South Carolina and wanted to move back to the Charlotte area to be close to family and practice law in the Carolinas. Prior to moving back, I lived in Charleston for 12 years where I attended College of Charleston and Charleston School of Law where I graduated Cum Laude. During my time there, I helped foster and grow the Transactional Law Team as the Head Chair.
Outside of work, I enjoy going back to visit friends in Charleston, traveling, and spending time with loved ones.
