Marykate Yawn - Human Resources & Firm Administrator

While working as the Human Resources and Firm Administrator, I will provide the administrative support required to allow the
attorneys and office staff to proficiently navigate their day. My goal is to
ensure McMillan’s every day activities and operations run efficiently and effectively

to guarantee the stability and growth of the company. I also
lead all marketing and networking efforts as I thoroughly enjoy meeting new
people, planning events, and sharing with others why McMillan is so special.

I graduated from East Carolina University with a degree in
Athletic Training in 2013. After working as an Athletic Trainer for a year, I
decided to pursue a postgraduate degree and graduated with my Masters in Human
Resource Development from Clemson University

in 2016. During my time off I love to spend time boating on the
lake with my husband, Jordan. We love to explore the city of Charlotte,
visiting new restaurants and enjoying new experiences. Our sons, Jett and
Scout, keep us very busy and always on our toes.

We also have a cat name Bailey, who was named by Howard Stern. I
love my cat but deny being a crazy cat lady.
